Yes, our region is a premier terroir for white wines!
\nIt took several years of work to select the best plots and replant the limestone plateau of Roquefort with Sauvignon Blanc from massal selections.<\/p>\n

This project, conceived by Anne & Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Bellanger, is a true team effort.
\nThe duo of St\u00e9phane Soubanere, the estate\u2019s technical director, and Hannah Fiegenschuh of Vignerons Consultants, have crafted a great dry white wine that will pair perfectly with your finest dishes. Vinification takes place in new and one-year-old barrels. The barrels are produced by Tonnellerie Ermitage in Ni\u00e8vre and Tonnellerie Taransaud in Charentes.<\/p>\n

After nine months of aging, the blend for this first 2025 vintage was finalized in May 2026, and the first bottles are now available!<\/p>\n
