Yes, our region is a premier terroir for white wines!
It took several years of work to select the best plots and replant the limestone plateau of Roquefort with Sauvignon Blanc from massal selections.
This project, conceived by Anne & Frédéric Bellanger, is a true team effort.
The duo of Stéphane Soubanere, the estate’s technical director, and Hannah Fiegenschuh of Vignerons Consultants, have crafted a great dry white wine that will pair perfectly with your finest dishes. Vinification takes place in new and one-year-old barrels. The barrels are produced by Tonnellerie Ermitage in Nièvre and Tonnellerie Taransaud in Charentes.
After nine months of aging, the blend for this first 2025 vintage was finalized in May 2026, and the first bottles are now available!
